By using and continuing to use the site, you acknowledge that:

• You have the right, authority, and legal capacity to enter into a contract in accordance with the applicable laws.

This agreement is indefinite and imposes rights and obligations related to the website on the parties. The parties declare and undertake that they will fully and correctly fulfill the rights and obligations stated in this agreement when they accept/approve the agreement online or in writing.

1. RESPONSIBILITIES

• The company reserves the right to change prices and offered products and services at any time.
• The company agrees and undertakes that the user will benefit from the services related to the contract, excluding technical failures.
• The user agrees not to perform any reverse engineering or attempt to obtain the source code of the website, and acknowledges that they will be responsible for any damages caused to third parties, and legal and criminal action may be taken against them.
• The user is solely responsible for the damages resulting from providing incomplete or incorrect information while registering on the site. The company may terminate the membership unilaterally without any notice if the user provides false information or violates this agreement.
• The company may collect information such as the Internet service provider's name and IP address, the date and time of access to the site, the pages accessed, and the website’s URL used to access the site for the purpose of improving the site. The user agrees to this data collection.
• The user agrees not to produce, share, or promote content that is illegal, offensive, harmful, or violates third-party rights. Otherwise, the user will be fully responsible for any damages, and the site administrators may suspend, terminate, or take legal action. The site reserves the right to share such information with authorities when required.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
2.1. All intellectual property rights such as title, trade name, brand, patent, logo, design, information, and methods, whether registered or not, on the Site belong to the site operator and the company or relevant persons and are protected by national and international law. Visiting the Site or benefiting from the services on the Site does not grant any rights to these intellectual property rights.

2.2. The information on the site cannot be reproduced, published, copied, presented, or transmitted in any way. The whole or any part of the site cannot be used without permission on other websites. In case of violation, the user will be responsible for compensating any damage caused to third parties, including court costs and attorney fees.

3.2. 3.3. The user has the right to cancel their consent at any time, without providing any reason. Upon cancellation, the company will immediately process it and cease sending electronic communications within three business days.

3.4. Confidential information may be disclosed to official authorities if requested, or when required by applicable mandatory regulations.

4. NO WARRANTY
This provision applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The services provided by the company are offered "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", and no express or implied warranties are provided, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. REGISTRATION AND SECURITY

• The user is required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Otherwise, this will be considered a violation of the agreement, and the account may be closed without notice.
• The user is responsible for the security of their password and account on the site and third-party sites. The company is not responsible for any data losses, security breaches, or damage to hardware or devices.

6. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither party shall be held responsible for non-performance of obligations due to circumstances beyond their control such as natural disasters, fires, explosions, civil wars, wars, revolts, strikes, lockouts, and pandemics, as well as infrastructure and internet failures, and power outages. In such cases, the rights and obligations under this agreement shall be suspended.

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND ENFORCEABILITY
If any part of this agreement becomes partially or entirely invalid, the remaining provisions of the agreement shall continue to be valid.

8. CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT
The company reserves the right to change the terms of the services and this agreement in whole or in part at any time. Changes will be valid as soon as they are published on the site. It is the user's responsibility to follow these changes. By continuing to use the services, the user is deemed to accept the changes.

9. NOTIFICATIONS
All notifications related to this agreement will be made via the company's known email address and the email address provided by the user in the membership form. The user agrees that the address provided during registration is the valid notification address, and in case of a change, the user will notify the other party in writing within five days, otherwise, notifications sent to this address will be considered valid.

10. EVIDENCE AGREEMENT
In case of any disputes arising from this agreement, the books, records, documents, computer records, and fax records of the parties will be accepted as evidence in accordance with the Law No. 6100 on Civil Procedure. The user agrees not to object to these records.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from or related to the application or interpretation of this agreement will be resolved by the Courts and Enforcement Offices of ANKARA.
